HomeServe services are optional and customers are under no obligation to purchase services from HomeServe to receive water service from Cal Water. If you would prefer, you can opt out of receiving communications related to these services by calling 1-877-444-2465.
Alternately, you may opt out from receiving communications related to the marketing of optional non-tariffed services and products, by filling out the attached form. Please note that it may take 4 to 6 weeks for HomeServe to remove you from future communications.
