Locate a Payment Center

There are three ways you can pay your Cal Water bill in person:

  • Drop off a payment in a secure Cal Water office drop box. To find the address of your Cal Water office, click the district name or “Your Location” in this page’s header.
  • Visit a Walmart where Walmart Bill Pay is available.
  • Go to a Western Union location in your community. (The $1 Western Union service charge is currently waived).
