Pay Stations
You can pay Cal Water bills at the pay station listed below. Note that there is a $1 Western Union service charge to pay your bill at a pay station. Please notify your local Customer Center if you are paying an overdue bill at a pay station.

General Information
Cal Water's Redwood Valley District was formed in 2000 with the purchase of the Redwood Valley Water Company.
Armstrong Valley
Our Armstrong Valley system customers receive groundwater produced by two wells.
Coast Springs
Our Coast Springs system customers receive groundwater produced by seven wells located throughout the service area. All of the groundwater Dillon Beach customers receive is under the influence of surface water.
Hawkins
Our Hawkins system customers receive groundwater produced by one well.
Lucerne
Our Lucerne customers receive surface water purchased from the Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, which comes from Clear Lake and is processed at our treatment plant.
Noel Heights
Our Noel Heights system customers receive groundwater produced by one well. In Noel Heights, the groundwater is under the influence of surface water.
Rancho del Paradiso
Our Rancho del Paradiso customers receive surface water purchased from and processed by the Sweetwater Springs Water District.
