General Information

Cal Water has provided high-quality water utility services in King City since 1962. To meet the needs of our King City customers, we utilize six wells, three storage tanks, four booster pumps, and more than 29 miles of pipeline to pump and deliver up to 2.4 million gallons of local groundwater per day to more than 3,100 service connections. Cal Water proactively maintains and upgrades its facilities to ensure a reliable, high-quality supply.

Cal Water is currently developing a long-term water-supply and facilities master plan to ensure that King City will have a first-class water system for many years to come. As part of this plan, Cal Water has constructed two new wells with excellent water quality and has constructed a new 325,000-gallon storage tank. We anticipate that these new facilities will be fully operational in 2009.
