Dear Bakersfield Customers,
At the end of this month, we will begin the process of converting all Bakersfield flat-rate customers to metered billing. We know that is a complicated process, so we have put together a list of answers to some of the questions we frequently receive. A schedule of estimated work dates is also available to give you an idea of when work will be done in your neighborhood.
In coming weeks, we will add more information to this section of the web site as it becomes available. This information will include maps that will show in more detail when and where meters will be replaced, as well as reports on the project's progress.
